About Us
Established in 1998, BR McElroy Ltd has built a reputation for delivering exceptional foot care in a friendly and professional environment. We expanded our services with the opening of our Great Denham & Cranfield Clinics to meet growing demand and bring our services closer to more local residents.
What is Chiropody/Podiatry?
Chiropody (also known as Podiatry) focuses on diagnosing and treating foot and lower limb conditions. Our HCPC-registered practitioners provide expert care, advice, and support for everything from routine foot maintenance to complex musculoskeletal issues.
Making an Appointment
We do not currently offer online booking. To make an appointment:

Insurance Claims
We are happy to provide detailed invoices with all the information you need to claim from your insurance provider. Please request one at your appointment.

We offer a variety of insoles, from pre-formed to fully custom orthotics, tailored to your foot mechanics and lifestyle. All devices are prescribed following a thorough biomechanical assessment.
Biomechanical Assessments
If you're experiencing pain in your feet, knees, hips or lower back, a biomechanical assessment can identify the root cause. This in-depth analysis looks at your gait, posture, and foot function using the latest tools and techniques.

What should I bring?
